I expected a luxurious get-away but got a budget fiasco instead. The promised pool? Non-existent. Super inconvenient. Plus, the shower had almost zero water pressure-better off at the hot spring. Would've appreciated some form of compensation for these glaring issues. I had a fleeting thought of giving it a decent review, but just couldn't be-ccause of the dysfunction.
